Getting started

Register and log in

Use these steps to create your Flowcast24 account or return to the dashboard with an existing login.

Step 1

Open Login/Register

From the landing page, choose Login/Register in the top navigation to open the account entry page.

Create an account or sign in

Enter your email and password to log in, or sign in directly with your Google account. New users can follow the registration link on the same page.

Connect TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube

After you create a company, bind each platform account from the dashboard so Flowcast24 can publish for the right team or restaurant.

Step 3

Create your company or restaurant

If the dashboard asks for setup, add your company or restaurant name first. This workspace is where your connected social accounts will be stored.

Open social platform binding

From the dashboard setup tasks, choose the social account connection task. Then select the platform card for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, or YouTube and click Bind account.

Complete Instagram authorization

Choose Instagram on the social platform binding page, select the company or restaurant, continue through the Meta authorization flow, approve the requested permissions, and confirm Instagram appears in the bound platforms list.

5.3Return to Flowcast24 and confirm Instagram is shown in the bound platforms list.
Step 6

Complete Facebook authorization

Choose Facebook on the social platform binding page, select the company or restaurant, continue through the Facebook authorization flow, approve the requested permissions, and confirm Facebook appears in the bound platforms list.

Facebook note: Flowcast24 can publish images and videos to Facebook Pages only, not private profiles. If you currently use a personal profile for your business, create a Facebook Page or switch into an existing Page first, then connect that Page in Flowcast24. Switch into a Facebook Page Create posts for a Facebook Page

6.2Continue through the Facebook authorization screen and approve the requested access.

Step 7

Complete TikTok authorization

Choose the company or restaurant to bind, continue to TikTok authorization, sign in with your TikTok login method, approve the permissions, and confirm TikTok appears under the bound platforms list.

Step 8

Complete YouTube authorization

Choose YouTube on the social platform binding page, select the company or restaurant, continue to Google authorization, choose the Google account for the YouTube channel, continue through the Google app notice if shown, approve access, and confirm YouTube appears in the bound platforms list.

Create a post

Use these steps to turn selected media into a platform post with AI-assisted copy, translation, platform selection, and post management confirmation.

Step 9

Create and save a post

Start from the media library or post management area, select the media you want to use, prepare the title and description, choose a publishing platform, then save the post and confirm it appears in post management.

Account

Use Login/Register to sign in or create an account with your work email. After login, you can open the dashboard and connect your social platforms.

Open Settings in the dashboard. You can update your profile details and choose the email address used for optional reports and platform updates.

Yes. Team and company access can be managed from your workspace settings. Invited teammates should sign in with the same email address used for the invitation.

Connected social accounts belong to a company or restaurant workspace. Create the company first so Flowcast24 knows where to store the platform connection and which team can use it.

Open Subscriptions from the dashboard menu to review your current plan, available upgrades, and billing options.

Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from the subscription area when your account has access to billing management.

Plan updates can take a short time to sync after checkout. Refresh the subscription page, and contact support if the plan is still missing.
Payments

Payments

Available payment methods are shown during checkout and may vary by country. The billing flow guides you through the supported options.

Open the subscription area and follow the billing portal link when available. If you do not see the option, contact support from this page.

Your subscription may remain limited until the payment succeeds. Update the payment method or contact support so we can help review the account status.
Technical Support

Technical Support

Platform permissions can expire or change. Reconnect the account from settings, then retry the failed publishing job if needed.

Use standard image and video formats supported by your connected platforms. For best results, upload high-quality photos or short videos before publishing.

Start from the media library or post management area, select the media you want to use, prepare the title and description, choose a publishing platform, then save the post and confirm it appears in post management.

Check the post status, reconnect any expired platform accounts, and retry publishing. If the same error returns, send the post details to support.
