These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Flowcast24 (www.flowcast24.com), operated by INFIA GMBH. By registering or using the service you agree to these Terms.

Flowcast24 is a social media management platform that enables users to schedule, publish, and manage content across multiple social media platforms. The service includes AI-assisted content generation, analytics, and team collaboration features.

3. 账户注册 / Account Registration

• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the service.
• One account per person; accounts are non-transferable.

4. 可接受使用 / Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service to publish illegal, harmful, or infringing content
• Violate the terms of service of any connected social media platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform or other users' data
• Use automated tools to scrape or abuse the service
• Resell or sublicense access to the service without written permission

5. 订阅与付款 / Subscriptions and Payment

• Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis.
• Payments are processed securely via Stripe.
• All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date.

6. 退款政策 / Refund Policy

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you believe you have been charged in error, contact us within 14 days of the charge at info@flowcast24.com.

7. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

All content you create and publish remains your intellectual property. By using the service you grant INFIA GMBH a limited licence to process and transmit your content solely for the purpose of delivering the service.

The Flowcast24 platform, logo, and software are the intellectual property of INFIA GMBH and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. 服务可用性 / Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance where possible. We are not liable for temporary service outages.

9. 责任限制 / Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INFIA GMBH is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. 终止 / Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time via the account settings.

11. 适用法律 / Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is Hamburg, Germany.

12. 条款变更 / Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or an in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
